Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Store Stock Associate to receive shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.

You will keep the stockroom organized across the store and off-site locations, assist the sales team with replenishment after shipments, and help keep aisles clear and safe for customers. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to operate scanning equipment, and the physical stamina to lift items and move stock throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in inventory control and stock replenishment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipment as delivered and log inventory updates.
• Ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare for distribution to the sales floor.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories; ensure safety and clear aisles.
• Assist on the sales floor during peak times and follow daily tasks.
