The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with healthcare office experience, strong communication, and proficiency with office software. Weekend rotations are required on a 3-day, 9-hour shift schedule.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate facility-wide staff placement across units to ensure patient care coverage.
• Develop computerized staff schedules and anticipate weekly staffing needs; adjust as census changes.
• Perform office management and clerical duties for the department, including data entry across multiple software platforms.
• Liaise with external and internal customers to address staffing needs and inquiries.
• Maintain organization and communication; resolve problems and improve efficiency within approved policies.
