Job summary

Sorsen Inc. is seeking a Weekend & Night Shift Supervisor for Reno, NV. You will own coverage during high-demand hours, coordinate dispatch, and ensure posts are staffed and documented accurately. You will act as the main liaison for field guards and branch leadership after hours.

Requirements include 2+ years of security supervision experience, a valid driver's license, and Nevada PILB registration (or ability to obtain). Salary is up to $50,000/year plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising security, guard, or field ops staff.
• Comfortable making staffing decisions independently under pressure.
• Strong documentation habits: clear, factual, timely.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel Reno-area accounts.
• Nevada PILB registration or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Own coverage during weekend and night shifts.
• Be the single point of contact for dispatch and field staff after hours.
• Ensure every post is staffed and response times under 20 minutes.
• Document shift events in Belfry and maintain post integrity.
• Report to Reno General Manager and escalate when needed.
