Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of assembly manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a JIT Tier 1 automotive production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve safety, quality, and performance expectations.
• Monitor and report on assigned KPIs.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, equipment downtime, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize operational efficiencies.
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with EHS policies.
• Attend shift meetings and communicate safety, quality and production goals, priorities, and performance results.
