Job summary

Papa John’s International is seeking team members to perform assigned workstation duties, prepare ingredients, take orders, and provide quality customer service in person or by phone, following Papa John’s standards.

You will work as part of a team, arrive on time, maintain clean work areas, use the FOCUS system, process transactions, and contribute to a friendly, efficient, and safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to perform duties.
• Must be able to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Provide additional documentation as required by individual states.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, and providing quality customer service.
• Work as a team, arrive on time for shifts, support other workstations, and complete closing duties, including cleaning.
• Accurately use the FOCUS System and process cash and/or credit card transactions, while protecting assets.
