Job summary

Papa John’s International is seeking team members for on-site workstation duties to ensure high-quality pizzas and service levels. You will handle orders, assist customers, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following Papa John’s standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to uniform and appearance guidelines. Training on FOCUS system usage and upselling is included as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and revenue accuracy are essential.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Non-exempt, hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person, and acting with a sense of urgency in everything they do.
• Work as a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
• Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash and/or credit card transactions. Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order.
