Job summary

Papa John's in Wisconsin is hiring part-time team members for our customer-focused kitchen and front-counter roles. You will perform workstation duties, prepare ingredients, take orders, and deliver quality service by phone or in person.

This position requires weekend availability, a willingness to work nights and holidays, and compliance with standards. You’ll use the FOCUS system for cash handling, support sales through suggestive selling, and contribute to a clean, safe, and positive shop

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• SOME FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY WILL BE A MUST!!!
• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Provide additional documentation as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Perform workstation duties including making quality products, taking orders, and providing friendly customer service.
• Work as a team, arrive on time for shifts, support other workstations, and complete closing duties.
• Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash/credit transactions, and engage in suggestive selling to boost average checks.
