Job summary

Papa John’s International is seeking team members to perform assigned workstation duties to ensure quality products and service for our customers. You will follow Papa John’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards as defined in internal manuals and handbooks.

You will provide friendly customer service, take orders by phone or in person, and handle transactions using the FOCUS System. Work as part of a team, keeping a clean, safe workspace and upholding safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to follow Papa John’s policies and standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and make quality pizzas and products, while delivering friendly service
• Take orders by phone or in person; help increase average check through suggestive selling
