Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator in Liberty, MO to support order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and inventory management. You will operate standing, reach and sit‑down forklifts, pick and pack orders, and prepare items for distribution.

This role requires experience with RF scan guns, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong attention to detail. The position offers consistent shifts, potential overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package after waiting

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up forklifts, reach forklifts & sit-down required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using RF scan guns to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Pack orders in totes and label for shipment.
• Kit and prepare items for distribution.
• Operate stand‑up forklifts, reach forklifts, pull, load, and unload trucks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and perform general maintenance tasks.
