Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
• Must write routine reports and correspondence with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch for night and weekend shifts with autonomy and accurate documentation.
• Track expedited freight and scrub sheets to ensure on-time delivery and pickup.
• Assist with local dispatching by handling driver calls and load details.
• Build loads in the TMW system and coordinate with drivers and customers.
• Update customers on all loads via email or phone; start planning for the next day.
