Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a Courtesy Clerk in Kansas City to assist customers from the register to their car, keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming. The role includes bagging purchases, helping customers, stocking merchandise, and supporting other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Package purchases and assist customers in transporting them to their vehicle.
• Bring carts from the parking lot and manage cart corrals.
• Clean registers, restrooms, break room, and backroom; sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Maintain merchandise on shelves, rotate stock, and check shelf tags.
• Assist in other areas of the store and train new courtesy clerks.
