Job summary

Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton is hiring full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our care team. Openings on 11p-7a with every other weekend. Wages range from $21 to $26 per hour, with weekly pay and shift-based differentials.

The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to residents under the direction of licensed staff, supporting care plans and ensuring safety and quality of life. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered certified nurse's aide in accordance with the laws of this state.
• CPR certification preferred, but not necessary.
• New graduates welcome!
• Must have knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under his/her care.
• Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
• Document accurately and completely.
• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.
• Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident.
• Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner.
• Demonstrate correct safety techniques in accord with orientation and training processes.
• Other duties assigned by manager.
