Job summary

Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton is hiring full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic care team. Openings on 11p-7a, with every other weekend shifts; hourly rate ranges from $21 to $26 depending on shift, with weekly pay.

Evening, overnight, and weekend differentials apply. As a CNA you will provide residents with routine daily nursing care under licensed staff guidance, striving to meet rehab and care plan goals while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must be a registered certified nurse's aide in accordance with the laws of this state.
• CPR certification preferred, but not necessary.
• New graduates welcome!

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under care.
• Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
• Document accurately and completely.
• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.
• Promptly answer call lights and ensure they are within reach.
• Keep resident care areas clean and orderly.
• Maintain resident identification (I.D. bracelets, etc.).
• Demonstrate safe techniques per orientation and training.
• Other duties assigned by manager.
