Embark Behavioral Health is hiring a Night Watch Supervisor to lead overnight care for adolescents 12–17 in a residential program. You will oversee safety, coach overnight staff, and ensure a structured night environment to prepare teens for the day ahead.
The role requires 1–2 years of leadership experience and a high school diploma or GED, with CPR/First Aid preferred. Schedule offers three consecutive days off each week and evening hours in Independence, MO.
Location: 3205 N Twyman Rd, Independence, MO 64058
Hourly Pay: $21.75 to $23.00, depending on experience

Whether supporting a teen through a challenging moment or guiding your team through overnight operations, your leadership will help ensure every teen feels safe, supported, and prepared for the day ahead.
