Johnson Brothers is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor in Aurora, CO to support the Manager in directing warehouse activities, loading, unloading, and replenishment, and to mentor new hires.

The role requires 1-2 years of warehouse experience, leadership to supervise 5+ workers, strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with equipment like forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks. Hours are Monday through Thursday 5:30 PM to completion.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience managing 5+ employees.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficient with warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with direction of activities of all warehouse associates in their areas.
• Load, unload, and replenish inventory; monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Utilize warehouse management system to locate products and ensure inventory control.
• Safely operate forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Train new hires and support shift coverage and scheduling.
