Job summary

WorkHub Enterprise in East Brooklyn, NY is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee receiving and deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory management. The role requires forklift experience, strong leadership, and ability to work with inventory software; on-site work from early morning hours.

You will supervise staff and coordinate with suppliers to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a shift
• Familiarity with inventory, receiving, shipping, and deliveries
• Some office or administrative work experience
• Comfort with basic computer systems and inventory software
• Willingness to learn billing, ordering, and inventory processes
• Forklift/Hi-Lo experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations
• Receive, organize, and prepare daily deliveries
• Manage inventory and warehouse organization
• Monitor and update the inventory system
• Load, unload, and move boxes and products
• Operate a forklift/Hi-Lo as needed
• Assist with billing and ordering processes
• Support warehouse staff during shifts
