Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience required; 2+ years propane forklift experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, policies, and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead, direct, and develop employees.
• Proficiency with data entry and inventory software and systems.
• Experience with personnel decisions including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and business processes.
• Strong skills in developing and presenting performance metrics reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee warehouse staff.
• Assist Inventory Control & Logistics Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
• Conduct physical inventory and reconcile with computerized counts.
• Prioritize daily work based on production needs.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Replenish stock and ensure correct storage locations.
• Schedule material pickups for internal and external processes.
• Collaborate to improve warehouse efficiency and safety policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
