Job Description

Night Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring warehouse activities and overseeing night order selectors in the warehouse setting.

Responsibilities Include

• Ensure workplace safety by supporting plant safety policies.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Supervise and provide feedback to hourly employees.
• Ensure policy compliance and labor contract adherence.
• Maintain clean and replenished aisles.
• Oversee order pulling, boxing, and packing processes.
• Resolve worker grievances and collaborate with HR on union issues.
• Supervise the floor predominantly (90% of the time).
• Implement disciplinary actions as needed following CBA guidelines.
• Report safety observations monthly.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on daily operations and conflict resolution.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience supervising union teams and achieving performance goals.
• Leadership skills to train and guide teams in safety and operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety procedures.
• Conflict resolution and grievance handling skills.

Compensation & Benefits
