Job summary

Mr. Greens is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead all warehouse operations for produce distribution. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping, while directing a night shift team to meet daily quotas.

The role requires coordinating with other departments, enforcing OSHA safety standards, and delivering accurate reports on inventory and performance. A hands-on leader with process discipline is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in produce or perishable goods.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of produce.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and safety compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational issues.
• Develop staff through policy and procedure training.

Mr. Greens is looking for a Night Warehouse SupervisorOverview:Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.Summary:Accountabilities:Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of produce.Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and safety compliance.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA.Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational issues.Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures.Implement and manage inventory control systems, conducting regular stock counts and audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.Required Skills and Qualifications2+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the produce or perishable goods industryProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software; familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management software.Must be able to work effectively with other employees, and other departments within the company.Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.Physical Demands/ Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
