Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations in the Dallas-Arlington area. You will lead receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping of produce, while training staff and enforcing safety protocols.

The role requires experience with warehouse management systems and strong inventory knowledge. You will collaborate with other departments and ensure accurate stock counts and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse management experience in produce or perishable goods.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software; familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of produce.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and safety compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational issues.
• Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems, conducting regular stock counts and audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.

Overview:

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately‑owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365‑days a year, 7‑days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

Summary:

Accountabilities:

• Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of produce.
