Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to use NEFCO's ERP software system.
• Ability to use warehouse layouts for planning purposes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook a plus.
• Must have a positive, hard-working attitude and multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to stand on concrete floor for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
• Overtime eligibility (non-exempt).

Responsibilities

• Pulling and staging orders.
• Maintaining bin locations; ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Conducting cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Operating forklift and completing safety reports.
• Communicating with management and branch personnel.
• Verifying inventory against purchase orders.
• Receiving inventory in the NEFCO ERP system.
• Packing and loading orders; dispatching trucks.
• Using RF technology to pick orders.
