Job summary

United States Cold Storage is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a night schedule (Thursday-Monday 11pm-7:30am) in Hebron, IN. You will manage inbound/outbound movements, verify driver paperwork, and enter data into the WMS to keep product flow accurate.

The role requires strong attention to detail and communication skills with carriers and customers. You will support dock operations, maintain documentation, and act as a liaison across warehouse teams to ensure orders release

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate with carriers and customers.
• Able to interpret packing slips and verify documentation.
• Experience using a WMS to track inbound/outbound goods.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers and contacts regarding inbound and outbound movements.
• Enter data from carrier/customer paperwork into the system.
• Generate bill documentation and verify driver paperwork for loads.
