Job summary

Suja Life, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Shift Lead to oversee shipping, receiving, and put-away operations at our Oceanside facility.

You will ensure data integrity in NetSuite and RF Smart, and collaborate with Inventory, Procurement, and Logistics teams to keep daily operations balanced and efficient. The role requires 2+ years in a warehouse setting with forklift experience, strong inventory knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse environment with forklift experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse workers.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate and oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance warehouse operations.
• Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
• Use of forklift as needed to support the team.
• Communicate warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
• Ensure compliance to prescribed QMS, GMPs, and SOPs.
• Meet or exceed planned KPI efficiency and performance.
• Perform data entry to complete transactions promptly.
