Suja Life, Inc. seeks a dedicated Operations Forklift Operator (2nd Shift) in Oceanside, CA. The role entails loading, unloading, and moving materials across HPP/Bottling and Packaging/Packout, using NetSuite and RF Smart for real-time documentation, and maintaining orderly work areas.

The position requires forklift certification, operation in refrigerated/frozen zones, and adherence to safety standards. Includes a fast-paced schedule with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation certification and experience required.
• Proficiency with computer systems, handheld devices and data entry.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred for communication.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and RF Smart systems is a plus.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely in HPP/Bottling and Packout areas.
• Enter transfers in NetSuite or RF Smart in real time.
• Manage pallets, dunnage, and material movement efficiently.
• Wrap, document, and count pallets during packaging operations.
• Follow GMP/SSOP/HACCP guidelines and report safety concerns.
