Position Summary
TheWarehouseShiftLeadis tobe responsible forall warehouse shift functions including the shipping, receiving, and product put-away operations at SujaLife.Ensure proper data flow through the Suja Warehouse Management ERP system NetSuite and RF Smart byutilizingreporting functions tomonitor, adjust, and/or complete transactions. They will also work closely with the Inventory,Procurement,and Logistics departments with scheduling and ensuring balanced,efficient day-to-dayoperation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse workers to achieve productivity goals.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuringaccuraterecords andtimelyreplenishment.
- Coordinate and oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed andmaintaina clean and safe work environment.
- Identifyareas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance warehouse operations.
- Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
- Use ofForklift asneededto supportthe team.
- Communicateswarehousing, material handling,and shipping requirements. Ensures staffmeetsrequirements.
- Ensure compliancetoprescribed QMS, GMPS, and SOPprocesses.
- Ensures planned KPI’s efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
- Perform data entry to complete transactionsin a timely manner.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions related to safety, equipment operation, and daily work assignments.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Other duties not listed here may be assigned by the supervisor/manager.
- May perform similar and incidental duties asrequired.
Job Qualifications
- Require2+ years in warehouseenvironment. Require2+ years forklift operating experience.
Education
- Minimum ofaHigh School diploma.
Experience
- 2+years warehouse/inventory management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and systems.
- 2 + years forklift experience.
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, ERP processes, and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify, and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
Language Skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude in dealing with staff, coworkers, and supervision as well as directly with buyers/customers.
Other Skills & Abilities

- Ability to manage multiple supervisors and teamsoperating3 shifts, 7 days a week.

Working Conditions
- This role operates in a food manufacturing environment.

- Frequent standing, walking, and exposure to cold or wet areas are expected.

- Must have a production/sense of urgency mindset.
- Punctuality and consistency in job duties and standard procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment with multiple facilities, material handling equipment, GMP’s, and a freezer/cold environmentof down to -10F degrees.
Physical Demands
- Comfortable working ina refrigeratedfreezer/coldenvironmentdown to -10F degrees.
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and be able to lift 50lbs, push/pullup to100lbs/continuous motion.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, including lifting, grasping, and handling materials or equipment.
- Must have sufficient hand-eye coordination and dexterity tooperatewarehouse tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
- Capable of safelyoperatingmanual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Ability to tolerate constant movement, exposure to varying temperatures, loud environments, and occasional vibration.
