Job summary

US Foods in Zebulon, NC is hiring a Night Warehouse Selector to safely and efficiently pick and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced environment. You will operate electric pallet jacks, palletize orders, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The position offers benefits from day one and provides a base hourly rate starting at $20.23 with incentives up to $42 per hour based on productivity. Schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 6:00pm until done.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings and follow instructions.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, usually Sunday–Thursday; weekends/holidays may be required.
• Experience in high endurance or highly physical activity preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders safely and accurately, confirming products are correct and undamaged.
• Construct and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Move pallets to the designated dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain clean, safe aisles and return equipment.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
