Typical base pay starts at $24 per hour with potential to reach $31 per hour, plus incentives. Benefits begin Day One and overtime may apply based on productivity and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, read labels, and enter information on reports.
• Experience with high-endurance or physically demanding roles is preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and confirm items are correct and undamaged.
• Construct and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Move pallets to dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Maintain clean and safe aisles and return equipment to charging area.
