Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Night Warehouse Selector to safely and efficiently pick and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will palletize and wrap pallets, operate electric pallet jacks, and ensure accuracy and timely turnover of shipments.

The role requires endurance for long night shifts, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with the team to maintain efficient operations. Competitive hourly pay with incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, read labels and enter information on reports.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and confirm products are correct and undamaged.
• Palletize and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Transport products to the dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Maintain clean and safe aisles and return equipment to charging area.
• Collaborate with the team to adapt to duties assigned by management.
