US Foods is hiring a Night Warehouse Selector in Seabrook, NH. You will safely and accurately pick customer orders, stack pallets, and operate electric pallet jacks during a Sunday through Thursday night shift.

Starting pay is $26.84 per hour, rising to $30.20 after 3 months, with a retention bonus for eligible new hires and comprehensive benefits starting day one.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday; weekends/holidays may be required.
• Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Night Warehouse Selector - Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Selecting: Safely and accurately select customer orders, confirming that selected products are correct and undamaged.
• Palletizing: Construct and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Operation: Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Fulfillment: Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Staging: Transport products to the designated dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate: Work with the team to maintain clean and safe aisles and return equipment to the charging area.
• Adaptability: All other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from less than 0 degrees to over 100 degrees required.

Lift, carry, push, pull, and lower 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required.

Continuously stand, grasp objects & manipulate objects; occasionally sit; frequently walk, drive pallet jack, climb/balance, stoop/squat, kneel/bend, bend, reach above shoulder, twist, & use manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in the English language such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday. At times weekends and holidays are required.
• Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred e.g. lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $26.84 and $30.20.

As applicable, this role may also receive: overtime compensation, retention bonus, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality.
