Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time warehouse associate in California (Ventura area). You will start at $24 per hour with potential Incentive Pay and overtime. Shifts run Sunday through Thursday, with start times around 3:30pm and long shift hours averaging 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities include order picking, palletizing, inbound receiving, inventory replenishment, and equipment checks. Must be 18+, able to lift heavy loads, and have 0–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders from load tickets, shrink wrap and label for loading.
• Receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Perform basic sanitation duties to keep a clean and safe warehouse environment, clearing aisles and stacking pallets.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Schedule:Full Time - 5 days per week, Sunday - Thursday
• Shifts:Start times at 3:30pm daily; working an average of 8-12 hours per day
• Pay:$24/hr starting pay with opportunities for IncentivePay and Overtime
• Work:Active, fast paced warehouse case picking position palletizing customer orders

Position Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
