JOIN OUR WAREHOUSE TEAM! LOCATED IN TWINSBURG, OH

Shift: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (Off Tuesday and Saturday) 6:00PM - Until Finish (8-12 hour shifts)

Main Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build, and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack safely.
• Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that the correct product has been selected and is damage-free.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in environments ranging from -5 to over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly; moving over 1,000 cases per shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English for training, safety, reading labels, and reporting.
• Able to work 10+ hour night shifts, with weekends and holidays as needed.
• Recent experience in high-endurance or physically demanding roles preferred.
• Experience with large-scale order selection and operating motorized pallet jacks preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay ranges from $23.51 to $28.55 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Additional compensation may include overtime, productivity incentives, and freezer premiums.
