Job summary

US Foods in Ogden, UT is hiring Warehouse Team Members for night-shift order picking. This role safely selects customer orders, builds and wraps pallets, and ensures accuracy and productivity. It involves operating a motorized pallet jack, performing pre-shift checks, and meeting daily standards.

Starting pay is $23.50 per hour with overtime, incentives based on productivity and quality, and benefits starting Day One. Flexible full-time schedules (5, 4, or 3 days) support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Friday with occasional weekends/holidays.
• Experience in warehouse picking and operating motorized pallet jacks preferred.
• Able to lift 20–80+ lbs and move 1,000+ cases per shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely select customer orders and build pallets to weekly productivity standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment.
• Deliver pallets to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap for shipment.
