Job summary

US Foods is seeking Warehouse Team Members to safely select customer orders and build palletized shipments. Relocation to Aurora is planned by mid-2026. The role requires operating an electric pallet jack and following order selecting software to move products to the correct dock.

Shifts run Sunday-Thursday with 10–12 hour lengths; compensation depends on experience, with incentives after achieving performance targets. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings and enter information on reports.
• High endurance or highly physical activity experience preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely select customer orders and build pallets.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that the correct product has been selected and is damage free.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris and return pallet jacks to charging area.
