Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $26.10 and $28.10 per hour.
$5,000 retention bonus.
As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, shift differential, and freezer premium.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday
6:30 p.m. start time
10–12 hour shifts
Average 50–60 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders; build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet.
• Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that the correct product has been selected and is damage free.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink‑wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in aisle, and return pallet jacks to charging area.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi‑temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English for trainings, conversations, safety and job‑related coaching, and reading labels.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday; at times weekends and holidays will be required.
• Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction).
• Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.
