Staples is hiring for a warehouse associate to support multiple areas including bulk handling, porter, replenishment, receiving, returns and shipping. The role requires ability to operate material handling equipment, pass a drug screen where allowed, and work at heights.

Overtime is mandatory on a Sunday-Thursday night shift. You will be essential to Staples supply chain, with emphasis on safety practices, teamwork, and efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Formación

• Minimum three months related warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
• Drug screen required where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If hired full-time, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Able to lift/push/pull 70–100 lb boxes by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Operate or assist in operating material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to move product up to 100 lbs.
• Support warehouse areas including bulk/material handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping.
• Maintain safety procedures and safe work practices within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Unloading trucks and palletizing products; ensure accuracy of product and resolve discrepancies and damages.
• Communicate with internal/external contacts to clarify and resolve issues.
• Prepare and stage customer orders for shipment and loading onto trucks.
