Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and distribute materials across our Maryland facilities. You will read production schedules, locate items, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include data entry, inventory control, and occasional local vehicle transport to multiple sites. GED or high school diploma required; prior warehouse experience a plus. Competitive benefits and steady hours offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read production schedules and shipping documents.
• Basic computer entry for records and inventory.
• Valid driver's license for local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Read schedules and determine items to move or distribute.
• Convey materials from receiving to storage and other areas.
• Sort and store materials by size, type, or product code.
• Store perishable goods in refrigerated spaces as needed.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare for shipping.
• Record quantities received and distributed.
• Weigh/count items to ensure standards and assist billing.
