Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a day-shift role in Maryland. You will support receiving, replenishing, shipping, and general warehouse tasks to ensure production and distribution meet daily needs.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating pallet jacks and handheld scanners, and adherence to safety and GMP procedures. MD pay range starts at $20.50/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• General high school degree, or equivalent (e.g. GED). GED or High School diploma required.
• Willing to learn how to operate equipment needed to perform all warehouse duties including manual and electric pallet jack and handheld scanners.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload, store and FIFO staging of goods with proper location and temperature controls.
• Replenishing: ensure production lines are stocked and materials available before breaks.
• Shipping: prepare trailers, apply safety locks, and complete load documentation.
• General: follow safety procedures and GMPs; maintain organization and cleanliness.
• Teamwork: assist with other warehouse functions as needed to meet daily goals.
