Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Hanover, MD to support picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to meet productivity and quality goals. You will read orders and move materials using pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts, while following safety practices and PPE guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
• Ability to read production/shipping orders and follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Reads schedules and orders to determine items to move or pick
• Moves materials between receiving, storage and shipping areas
• Operates pallet jack and forklift and uses cherry picker when needed
• Ensures safety procedures and PPE are followed daily
• Assembles orders and labels pallets for shipping
