Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $22.56 and $22.96.

As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation, shift differential, freezer premium, and incentive pay.

A look at the day-to-day:

1. Safely lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ pounds of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases during each shift
2. Collaborate with your team to select orders, move, build, validate, and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy
3. Work 3rd shift/overnight in a multi-temperature environment, which ranges from -5 to 100+ degrees Fahrenheit
4. Perform pre-shift equipment checks and ensure the safe operation of electrical pallet jacks
5. Use order-selection software and equipment to get the right products to the right docks
6. Maintain a safe and clean work area, including clearing aisles, stacking empty pallets, and returning equipment

Who you are and what you bring:

1. Experience in high-endurance activities or similar roles within the past 6 months is preferred
2. Flex schedule typically runs Sunday through Thursday, with occasional work on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays. Current schedule: Sunday 5pm start, Monday-Thursday 5:30pm start
3. Fluent in English, comfortable with learning, giving directions, and following instructions
4. Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or with warehouse equipment is a plus but not required
