Performance Foodservice in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Selector to move products between the dock and warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment to fulfill orders safely.

Expect Sunday–Thursday shifts starting at 6:00 PM, with a 5-day work week and a 90-day option to move to four days. Base pay is $27.00/hour plus a $2.00 night-shift differential. Benefits are available from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing 10–100 lbs regularly (location dependent).
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Select and move product between the loading dock and the warehouse and within the warehouse.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to fill customer orders.
• Wrap, label, and readied shipments for loading to ensure timely delivery.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain safe work area and complete necessary paperwork at shift end.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
