Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector in Springfield, MO. You will select cases and other items from multi-level warehouse racks, place them on pallets, and prep orders for shipment using a pallet jack and forklift under safety regulations.

The role requires lifting up to 60–100 lbs, working in dry/cooler/freezer environments, and completing EPJ certification during training. Night shifts run Sunday to Thursday starting at 4 PM with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and ensure a safe work area.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and wear required PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Locate products on multi-level racks and place on pallets.
• Move completed pallets to shipping dock and wrap as needed.
• Replace batteries and secure equipment at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
