Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to review reports and work with operational data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor order flow and ensure timely release for processing.
• Investigate and resolve unreleased orders and exceptions.
• Track resolution of problem orders to prevent delays.
• Monitor warehouse systems and escalate technical issues when needed.
• Generate and distribute operational reports.
• Review reports for discrepancies, trends, and concerns.
• Maintain compliance and inventory-related reporting.
• Support warehouse operations through system monitoring and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot printers and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve system issues.
• Communicate updates, risks, and impacts to leadership.
• Collaborate with inventory, transportation, and customer service teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost service and productivity.
