Job summary

Tech9 is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily 3PL facility tasks, including warehouse duties, system administration, and process documentation. This entry-level role requires flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to assist across operations as needed.

You will help with staging, receiving, packing, and shipping during high-volume periods while maintaining accurate records and following SOPs to protect client and company information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Willingness to perform physical warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse tasks: staging, relabeling, cycle counts, and inventory moves.
• Support receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping during peak periods.
• Maintain organization of supplies and 5S housekeeping in dock areas.
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across company systems.
• Onboard new hires and offboard departing employees within SLA timelines.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation; draft work instructions.
• Prepare recurring operational reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
