Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in warehouse ops or distribution
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, order management, or related field
• Experience using MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills and good communication

Responsibilities

• Monitor order flow and ensure timely release for processing
• Investigate and resolve unreleased orders and operational exceptions
• Track and coordinate resolution of problem orders to prevent delays
• Monitor warehouse systems and escalate technical issues as needed
• Generate and distribute operational reports
• Review reports for discrepancies, trends, and operational concerns
• Prepare and maintain inventory-related reporting
• Support warehouse operations through system monitoring and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot printers and operational equipment
• Coordinate with internal support teams to resolve system/equipment issues
• Communicate updates, risks, and impacts to leadership
• Collaborate with inventory, transportation, customer service, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve service and productivity
