Job summary

Hims & Hers in New Albany, Ohio is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the night shift to oversee warehouse operations across multiple shifts and drive performance. You will lead area managers, optimize order handling, shipping, and material handling, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement inventory controls, and expand operations while maintaining culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehouse or Distribution.
• 7+ years in a Supervisory/Management role.
• 2+ years of OSHA safety experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience leading technically complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to train and manage others.
• Experience working with WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training in warehouse areas including order handling, wave management, and shipping of products.
• Lead a team of area managers and warehouse personnel to foster continuous improvement.
• Understand the capabilities and constraints of multiple fulfillment systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure tools and products are available when needed.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments and external partners.
• Maintain a safe work environment compliant with FDA/OSHA regulations.
• Expand operations to multiple shifts while maintaining culture.
• Implement security procedures and inventory controls.
• Maintain QA/QC policies and procedures.
• Seek ways to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Submit accurate reports and drive OKRs and KPIs.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
