Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in leading teams.
• 1–3 years of hands-on forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Shift leadership/shift handover: coordinate warehouse activities, assign work, monitor workload, adjust priorities.
• Inventory management: assist with cycle count, investigate discrepancies, champion inventory integrity.
• Safety & compliance: enforce forklift and material handling practices, report unsafe conditions.
• Production material support: ensure accurate picking and staging of materials, respond to requests, maintain material levels, use LIFO method.
• Forklift & material handling: support safe operation and training on forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Warehouse organization & housekeeping: maintain clean, organized, safe areas using 5S.
