Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of Group Leads and Associates.
• Monitors productivity and quality metrics including cycle times and lines per hour.
• Provides coaching to supervised staff and conducts performance evaluations.
• Participates in interviewing and training of new Associates and onboarding.
