Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software; ability to learn Sysco tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily night warehouse operations, including order selection, loading, stocking, and inventory maintenance.
• Oversee labor hours, schedules, and budget within department.
• Ensure safety, accuracy of shipping documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight).
• Coordinate with safety and other departments; drive efficiency and cost-reduction ideas.
• Conduct regular pre-shift meetings and maintain open communication with staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies; lead staff selection, development, and performance reviews.
