Job summary

Cardinal Health Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity in a distribution environment and executing SOPs to ensure accurate stock. You will manage holds, profiling incoming product, and resolve inbound/outbound discrepancies to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities include improving picking and replenishment, monitoring metrics, coordinating with teams and external vendors, and helping ensure on-time customer fulfillment while training

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory accuracy by managing product holds, movements and returns.
• Drives efficient picking and replenishment by profiling products for slotting and timely delivery.
• Monitors quality and productivity metrics and communicates with stakeholders on inventory accuracy.
• Investigates outbound discrepancies and reports variances per SOPs.
• Resolves inbound discrepancies with suppliers and coordinates with QA teams.
• Ensures timely customer order fulfillment and informs root-cause and resolution to supervisors.
• Places Purchasing Orders for customers and tracks on-time deliveries.
• Identifies opportunities to improve operations and supports operational excellence initiatives.
• Trains Associates on picking, put-away and replenishment tasks to maximize accuracy.
