Sysco is seeking a warehouse clerical specialist for night shifts in Woodridge, IL. The role operates Sundays through Thursdays from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with overtime as needed.

You will audit warehouse folders, close out orders in the system, and perform clerical tasks as directed by management. Responsibilities include reviewing shipment dates, approving loading details, generating daily reports, and handling routine communications with market managers.

Formación

• 1 year of warehouse office experience preferred.
• HSD or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Review dates to ensure they are within the guidelines of the receiving country.
• Review photos/folder of shipment information and asks approval from management before loading.
• Closes out all orders to finalize shipments.
• Communicates with market managers on product issues.
• Generates daily reports on all items requiring approval.
• Generates fees on folders.
• Clerical duties: answering phone, filing, responding to inquiries, photocopying, etc.
